This is the tomato juice that Dude did FIRST.
Then it was time to make spaghetti sauce. Little did we know what a CHORE that was going to be. This is the celery all pureed in the food processor.
That was pretty "tiring"

VOILA!!!! The fruits of our labors. You notice I'm taking a LOT of credit for this.
Ready to take it over to my house and put in the fruit cellar.
Not sure I'm going to be "willing" to do this again next year!
